These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.technicalfarming.in (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Technical Farming (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the site
You may use this Site only for lawful purposes relating to researching or purchasing farming and waste-management related products.
You agree not to misuse the Site or attempt unauthorised access.
Product information
Descriptions, imagery and indicative dimensions are intended to explain the offered product accurately; minor variations may occur. Prices and promotions may change.
Orders & acceptance
When you checkout, your payment processor (for example Razorpay) validates your transaction. Acceptance of your order occurs when we confirm dispatch or send an order acknowledgement. We reserve the right to decline or partially fulfil orders (for example insufficient stock).
Delivery
We aim to fulfil orders pan-India where serviceable. Delivery timelines are estimates only and depend on courier partners. Risk of damage in transit follows standard carrier practice once handed to the courier.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in India, Technical Farming is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or delay in fulfilment.
