Refund Policy

This Refund Policy covers prepaid purchases on Technical Farming (for example UPI, card or netbanking settled through Razorpay). Where cash on delivery or related booking flows are offered, their rules appear at checkout and may differ.

Eligibility

If we cancel your prepaid order before dispatch, we refund the authorised amount captured for that transaction.

If goods are accepted for return in line with applicable laws and written confirmation from us, refunds are processed after inspection.

How refunds are credited

Refunds return to the original payment method according to Razorpay and issuer timelines. HDFC Razorpay settlement timelines add time reflected on bank statements.

Exclusions

Misuse, unauthorised chargebacks inconsistent with refunds we approved, or custom orders flagged non-refundable at purchase.
