Cancellation Policy

Orders are simplest to cancel before dispatch. After handover to a courier partner, cancellation becomes a redirection or returns discussion depending on carrier feasibility.
Before dispatch
WhatsApp or email us with your order number. Approved cancellations for prepaid orders receive refunds consistent with our Refund Policy.
After dispatch
Courier rerouting depends on logistics partners. Delivery refusal, COD-related rules where applicable, or restocking fees follow what we communicated at checkout or purchase.
